What We Do: We provide a wide array of Authentic Sega Toys/Spinmaster Bakugan Products, Zhu Zhu Pet Hamsters and Accessories and Lego Star Wars Light Sabers. We also offer some Kid/Baby oriented Authentic Factory Sealed Disney DVD Sets (Baby Einstein). We hope that many of you are on the floor with your kids partaking in these great products!

All our products are authentic releases by Sega Toys/Spinmaster LTD. (Bakugan), Walt Disney / Buena Vista Home Video (Baby Einstein DVD Sets), Cepia LLC (Zhu Zhu Pets) as well as Lego.

SPECIAL NOTES ABOUT NEW BAKUGAN - All our Bakugan products are purchased in sealed packages from either US or Canadian sources and labeled Sega Toys/Spinmaster LTD. We do not purchase loose bakugan to resell. According to Spinmaster their migration to including lot #'s stamped on the bottom of Bakugan (and Bakugan Battle Gear Weapons) was to be entirely complete by the time the Season 3 Bakugan were Released. So, all legitimate Season 3 Bakugan, in Addition to the Hidden DNA Codes, will have their lot #'s stamped on the bottom... And Speaking of DNA Codes, We do not reveal or identify any of the DNA Codes on the new bakugan so they will be fully usable by the buyer. Please do not share your codes as this may impair your ability to use them when the Bakugan Dimensions website is ready for use.

Preorder Policies - For items we restock frequently we may offer Preorder/Presale purchase options. The items that fall in this category will indicate they are Preorders and will provide a target date indicating when we expect to have the items available to ship. If you purchase a preorder item we will contact within 2-3 days before the target arrival date to update you on the status of your purchase. In the unlikely event a shipment is delayed you will have the option to requeset a full refund, or to wait until an updated target date.

Site Navigation Overview - We will continue to add products as they become available. Presently we are on the home stretch for completing the Bakugan Gate and Ability cards we have available. Since 95% of our Bakugan item descriptions start with the G-Power value, if you are looking for Bakugan specifically based on the G power, you can click on the Site Map Button, 2nd from the right at the top of the page, which will sort nearly all products numerically lowest to highest.

Out of Stock/Backorder Policies - We strive to have on hand what is listed on our pages whenever possible. However, there are times when stock may be depleted prior to being noted on the website. In these instances, if payment has already been submitted, we will contact you to A) Notify you the product is currently out of stock, and B) Provide an estimate as to when we will again be able to fill your order (typically 7-14 days). You will then have the option to request a full refund or have us contact you as the restock date nears (within 2-3 days of the estimated date provided) to advise on the product(s) status.

Return Policy - Despite our efforts to ensure all items are securely packaged for shipment, occassionally some products may arrive damaged or defective. In cases of damaged or defective products, or in the highly unlikely event the wrong product is sent, upon receipt of the returned product we will replace the product, if a replacement is available, or refund the purchase price if the product cannot be replaced. We do not accept returns for other reasons.

We will also be offering advance purchase options for many new and hard to find toy products. Policies noted above will also apply to these purchases and in the unlikely event we will not be able to fulfill your order by the date promised you will, again, be contacted and have the option to request a full refund or wait until any updated date projection.
